Common tree species are hornbeam, ash and lime. Noteworthy are 18 species of protected plants, such as orchid (lister ovate), daphne mezereum and aquatic vegetation, with beautiful lilies.

The axis of the Park is the Bystrzyca River, with the best developed ecological corridor in Poland (left-bank tributary of the Oder). In July there is a canoeing rally - from the lagoon in Mietków to Skałka.
